RIDEFOODIE VENTURES LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates ridefoodie.com to provide food delivery services. This Cancellation Policy explains when and how you can cancel your orders and any applicable fees. By placing an order, you agree to this policy.

2. Order Cancellation by Customers

Orders can be cancelled only before the restaurant begins preparing your food. Once the restaurant has started preparing your order or it is out for delivery, cancellation is not possible.

3. How to Cancel

4. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If an order is successfully cancelled before preparation begins, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method. Delivery fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in promotions or special cases.

5. Automatic or Platform-Initiated Cancellations

RIDEFOODIE may cancel an order due to:
  • Vendor unavailability
  • Technical issues
  • Safety concerns
  • Severe weather or other circumstances beyond our control
If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund, including any applicable delivery fees.

6. Late Cancellations and Exceptions

Cancellations after preparation has started may not be eligible for a refund. In rare cases, partial refunds or credits may be issued at our discretion.
